My mini box has never worked properly since i got it. I've tried all the resets etc and it works for a short while and then starts freezing, buffering and disconnecting.
Also when i'm trying to use the mini box the main Sky Q box, in a different room, starts buffering as well.
My internet connection is working fine when all this is happening.
I'm on the verge of throwing it out of the window!! 😠
