For months now every time I turn on my Sky Q mini box the following error message appears: "Some applications are unavailable due to a boot error. Please refer to the i manual for more information". I phoned have phoned Sky (technical) twice. The first time there was no record of this message. The second time they told me to do a software upgrade, but this did not work either. I have also entered the error message on the Sky help page (online) but to no avail!

Are you sure this is a message regarding your mini box and not your TV? Is the connected TV a Sony Bravia?

Are you sure this is a message regarding your mini box and not your TV? Is the connected TV a Sony Bravia?
