I had no network connection yesterday from 4 pm untill I arrived home late evening . This has Happen

Yesterday around 15:45 I had lost network connection while at work. It was so until I arrived home late evening and used my home network provider . This has happened twice in June . My husband is also using SKY and we both faced the same problem
