Sky Q mini box displays a black screen, with no menu

I get a complete black screen, but briefly shows the menu when turning the box off.

I have tried a box reset

I have tried a software update - fails telling me there is a problem with the box.

How did you get the software update going without being able to see anything?

If I do a reset, I gett all the messages telling me this is happeing, but when complete the screen is completely black.

It is the same when I envoque the software update (power off, press and hold standby button when powering on). Get to step 1 of 2, then dispalys box failed.

I'm having exactly the same issue.

Never mind. Box is now dead. No light on front when plugged in. Red light comes of briefly when power inserted but goes off.

best call sky for a replacement
