Q remote switches off air conditioning

I have a BROLIN aircon unit and every time I use my Q handset it switches off my aircon. Can I change the settings on handset.

There's no user access to any infra red settings, which is presumably the issue.  If your Q box is using Bluetooth, personally I'd try something like electrical or masking tape over the end of the remote as an experiment.

it seems to be the handset that only works on bluetooth. I rebooted it and it's ok now on that one but I have reprogram the main set Eleuthera voice. Will let you know
