Sky Q mini box broken

Reset button broken and will not switch on via remote . Remote has new batteries. Also switched on and off at wall.  Green light does not appear

It sounds like something you need to contact Sky about directly on the phone.

Hi @Rob+Hussey Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box
