Pixellation in recordings

Hi these last couple of days getting a lot of pixellation when playing back my recordings don't usually get that any ideas please

I would try powering down the main Q box at the socket, wait 5 minutes and power back up.

This may not solve problem with existing record but may solve the problem for future recordings
