Sky Q mini box Help

Hi, we upgraded to Sky Q a few days ago and when the engineer came to set up the main box plus one mini box we hadn't reveived our new viewing card so he could not complete the setup for the mini box to work, yesterday the new viewing card arrived and I have tried everything be a while to change? but I haveut it keeps saying I dont have the subscription to watch on the mini, I also noticed my old viewing card is the one donw on my sky account online unless that tak tried with both viewing cards and neither will enable the mini box to work, I have also tried rebooting both boxes and reactivating the card but nothing is working so I am hoping someone can help before I have to call sky. Thank you in advance 😊

I didn't realise it had gotten so scrambled till after I had posted sorry if some of it doesn't make sense, I have no idea how it ended up so muddled 🤣

@Becca212 I think you may have to contact Sky and have them change the card on your account to the new card they then should be able to also activate you multiscreen subscription as well if it needs activating
