Up until 2 days ago all 3 boxes were working five. Then main Sky Q box can watch live TV but receive message Pkease wait for recordings and technical issues when try to download. Both Sky mini Q boxes have black screen no satellite signal and cannot watch live TV. I have tried turning off at the mains etc on all 3 multiple times. I have tried updating software on all with no success. I believe we are on the latest version. I have also tried updating software with red and amber light alternating. Engineer booked for 20th! The earliest date. Any ideas?

If you also cannot make new recordings it looks like your hard drive has failed.
