Sky q box not working

My sky q main box wasn't coming on, so you have sent me a new one but i wasn't in to exchange the old one

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is mainly a forum where customers help other customers so Sky won’t automatically contact you based on your post. You will have to re-contact Sky and rearrange. If it's a doorstep swap don't forget to take your viewing card out of the faulty box.

Did you receive your replacement box, or did the courier return it as you were not in? Not sure by what you have posted.
Normally, you will get another date for the courier to attempt delivery.

Have you checked your order tracking in your MySky app or online account? It may show some info on what to do next.
