Hi, Thanks for your suggestion, I tried that and hard reboot nothing worked it was froze in stand by, sky sent me a replacement box all working now. Have a great Christmas & Happy New year.

If it's in a different HDMI port then change it via the TV remote or hit the Sky/Home button on the Q remote to send a CEC switch signal.
