Help, main Sky Q box is stuck after an power outake. The Q light is pulsing and stuck on amber standby. The screen is saying when screen goes blank press home to get started but not responding. Have tested remote all okay and our two mini boxes are all okay. Have gone through all the update procedures but just get back to the same stuch screen. Any ideas?

No it sticks on the Blue screen with the message 'when the screen goes blank press home to get started
third spot is solid
remote is fine
