My sky q box has stopped working after freezing several times ,I have tried all the usual things

No green light on q box and have tried turning it off and for past 12 hours

Got a very helpful lady from sky to help reboot q box and restore programmes, this lasted 12 hours and failed again.My daughter frustrated by this event banged top of a box and normal service has now resumed, this is true not a lie
