Hello All,
I recently had a new sky q hd box installed as one of my mini boxes wasn't working.
Ever since the installation, I've had crosses on the 'watch on sky mini' and 'watch on sky go' options when you access System->Settings on main sky q box. Thus the mini boxes can't connect to the sky q box.
We've tried via Wifi and Ethernet to no avail.
Furthermore, when I try downloading anything it's stuck on 0%.
When I try launching Netflix it says app is not available and I also cannot access my sky account via the sky q box; it says there's a technical problem.
I've had three engineer visits and the sky q box has been swapped. I've had two new mini boxes and 3 new viewing card every time a engineer comes out.
We've had numerous CRF requests and numerous resets and updates of the main box, all to no avail.
A lovely lady from keeps trying to resolve the issue and calls every week but no luck.
My broad band provider is BT and it's fiber and the q box is hardwired and one mini box is hard wired , plus the booster for the second mini box is hardwired which is only 2m away from the second box.
Please has anyone experienced this sort of problem before?
