Sky Q main box issue

Hi, I'm having issues with my Sky Q main box. Everything that comes through the Sky box is pixelated and "jumpy". Including apps. I've had an engineer out twice and also and independen engineer to look at our aerial, I've been told it is definitely the Sky Q box. Can I please have a replacement?

Presumably after each time an engineer has been out it has worked okay albeit short term. You'll need to talk to Sky again to see if they'll agree to a box swap. We are customers here. If Sky agree remember to remove your viewing card before the current box is taken away by the courier.
