Sky Q and Sky broadband not connecting

Never had an issue until last few weeks and my Sky Q struggles to connect to my Sky broadband, tells me there is an issue with my network connection under settings, same issue with my Sky mini boxes, I have to reset every time.  Running tests also says my speed is low

 Not changed anything so find it a tad strange

Mines the same, tv wont connect and says network error.

only just changed to ultrafast and now having issues.

not very impressed at the moment
