Sky Q läuft nicht mehr auf samsung tv

Funktioniert bei Euch die Sky App auf dem SamsungTV?

Seit heute bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung: Etwas ist schiefgelaufen. Bitte versuche es nochmal. (5350d03c)

Bei mir bzw. meiner Tochter, die in meinem Haushalt lebt und einen Fernseher von Samsung hat, gibt es genau diese Meldung.

Clyde ist nicht im falschen Forum. Meine Tochter hat das gleiche Problem mit ihrem Samsung TV.

Ich hab schon alles probiert,  Fernseher neu gestartet,  app gelöscht, neu installiert. Tv für 10 min vom.strom. alles hat nichts gebracht. Da hat wohl sky wieder einmal herumgepfuscht mit irgendwelchen Updates und dabei auf samsung , höflich gesagt,vergessen...
