Sky Q keeps losing satellite signal

Anything else I can check?

A couple of weeks ago, following some bad weather, I had the "No Satellite Signal" error. Waited until next day for weather to improve,  did all the reboots, checked cables, etc and still nothing. Sky engineer called, booked to visit a week later. On arrival, engineer used some device to check strength of satellite signal and all was perfect. Changed the Sky Q box as mine was old, put on some new connectors and everything started working.

Roll on a few days, bad weather again this weekend, I now have the same issue - No Satellite Signal. OK - weather was bad so waited a couple of days and today, same issue. I checked status using my MySky app  and it states "Satellite Signal = Connected" and all good status however, box is still showing no satellite. Had to book another engineer for next week again.

If cables checked, good signal to the dish, new SkyQ box fitted - what else could it be? Fustrating as I have only had a few days of Sky in the last 2-3 weeks. Glad On-Demand works fine!!!

Possible but when engineer arrived first time to fix the "No Satellite" issue, dish was not touched as signal strong from the testing device.

Just annoying as paying premium for channels we cannot see/watch. Hopefully will get resolved next week.
