Sky Q keeps losing internet connection

Sky Q keeps showing error message saying no internet connection,

Have gone in to network setup and re entered password.   Have unplugged box and waited 5 minutes.    Still getting error message and have to re enter password.

There are no problems with my broadband.

Hi @charlieboots   Have you tried rebooting your broadband router? It doesn't matter if your WiFi is working on other devices.

Mine has started doing this for the last week, driving me mad.  First signs ins all the minis drop off, then press home on the master and it says no internet connected.

All hardwired in, very stable network (im a network engineer)  and the internet connections solid.   Power cycle fixes it for a few hours then it re-occurs.

Im wondering if theres been a software update.

Mines on.  Q370.000.09.00L (6akmkck) which was released in September and is being phased out.   I bet its that...
