I fitted a new Sky Max Hub & Sky Max Pod two days ago. I have connected the Sky Q box and all the Sky Q mini boxes to the new SSID. However, the internet connection keeps dropping out which impacts internet services on the main Q box and all Sky Q minis become unusable. I have followed the troubleshooting steps on the Sky Help pages but nothing works.

Yes. A Sky engineer came out and had to disconnect all the equipment and reinstall it as if it was a fresh installation. That seems to have worked and the system has been stable for a few days now. Judging from the community boards, this seems like a common problem.
