In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.

It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer / larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.

Note that both the original touchpad supplied with the first 2TB box, and its v2 'button pad' replacement, haven't been available for several years: the only current remote has the big blue Voice button on the front.
