Sky Q issues

Hi , just returned from holiday. Had a message on the main box saying hard drive error . I did unpower and repower the box and now I have access to the channels but not to the recordings. The sky mini box does not show any channels at all. We have rebooted both devices , checked the broadband and network settings but still no joy . Any recommendations or failing that how can I contact Sky directly and get help over the phone

@Aidanpk Hard drive errors normally turn out to be terminal for a Q box

If you follow the link below it should eventually lead to ordering a replacement box

Try following this link. It should lead to a replacement box if needed https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-drive-errors 

 

If you do need a new box remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into the back of the couriers van and accept any new power cable DPD deliver with the replacement box in case it's different to the one you have.
