Sky a box fault

When changing channel the screen goes black and returns to original channel, while watching a recording if I try to fast forward the progress bar at the bottom of the screen keeps jumping backwards. On my sky mini box I am getting the message no satellite signal. When I look at the settings on my main box and look at network connection the network name has changed to a Sky network and my broadband provider is BT  I have changed it back to BT but it changes itself back to Sky.

Hi @Alanme   If the broadband connection works, you can safely ignore what it says on the Sky network name. Mine says a BT router that I stopped using over two years ago and am now with Gigaclear.
