Same here. Screen froze about 20 minutes ago and it came up saying technical fault, channel not found, on all channels.

Alternatively try a reboot of your sky Q then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Restart of the box has worked here for the minute.

Mine has gone too, was working fine but no satellite signal about 2030. Tried to restart etc but nothing.

I've tried this and my sky box keeps repeating the initial startup. I can't even get to the Home Screen to check the connection. Before I rebooted the sky box my satellite connection had an x, so the satellite feed isn't coming through. Any other ideas??

No error message, just repeats the sky startup after powering up after unplugging it for 30 sec. The skybox has has also stopped responding to the remote, but the remote works on every thing else
