Q mini box won’t connect to virgin

We have three sky q boxes and virgin broadband. All worked well. Now the boxes keep disconnecting and we have to reboot and reconnect multiple times a week and sometimes a day. I have tired everything off. I have set the DNS to 1111. The main box comes back on and the others still won't connect. Internet working fine on phones and iPads. Sky tv can be watched from iPads. Getting very frustrated! Thanks.

Have you split your 2.4 and 5Ghz networks on your VM router ?
