I have recently changed my internet provider from Sky to Vodafone. It's been installed for 6 weeks and has worked fine. This morning I kept loosing internet connection ( 'x'in the network connection box ) so had to reconnect. I had to do this a few times.
I reset everything, router included and now when I try to connect, all of the boxes are ticked in status (including Network connection ). But I'm unable to access 'Home' or anything on demand etc as I'm getting the message 'it looks like you do not have internet connection right now.' error message.
When I reset the internet connection I get the 'we're connected to your broadband router and your internet so you shouldn't need to reset your network'.
Any ideas?
Thank you

I had the connection issue and finally resolved it.
Reset your broadband router - use a pin/toothpick or similar and hold the reset button for around 30 seconds.
Wait around 30 minutes until you broadband connection comes back.
Then on a laptop log into the broadband settings - type 192.168.1.1 in a search bar to do this. If it asks for a password, it's is located on the broadband router. When logged in choose Expert mode in the top right corner. Then select Internet, then select dns & ddns. Select manually and put 8888 in the first row and 8844 in the second row. Then click apply. Now connect your broadband via sky settings and wait 10 mins. It initially dropped a few time in the first 10 mins but then after that it has worked seamlessly and the stress is over!
