Sky Cinema Saying not subscribed but I am

My sky q box keeps getting an error with sky cinema where it thinks I'm not subscribed when I am. If I follow the prompt to subscribe by pressing the red button it says you're already subscribed (error MYSKY_1802). This keeps happening every couple of weeks and when I call up they read off a script about doing a full restart, software update etc and then eventually they 'send some signals down to to get it working again'. I'm getting a bit sick of this happening so often especially with how much I pay for sky and then the latest email again saying prices going up in September for the millionth time. Tonight it's happen again and as it's gone 9 o clock I can't call so nothing I can do. Really what am I paying for? Can't you send the 'signals' to the TV all the time without me having to spend hours on the phone which I don't think is too much to ask given the extortionate bill!?

This isn't Sky support here - just other customers.

 

i have cinema and have never had such an issue.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
