My Sky Q hard drive has an error for the second time and is not able to retrieve recordings. Last time this happened it was a hard drive reset which wiped everything recorded and I suspect will be the case again.
thing is, wiping it gives me no faith in recording things and having it happen a third time when the hard drive is obviously now a problem.
can I get a replacement Sky Q box and restore a little faith?
