Sky Q going in the bin.

Hello, I'm ready for throwing my Sky Q box in the bin and cancelling everything. I'm paying for UHD but can't view it, every time I'm told to upgrade. It's been going on for over 4 months now. I've lost patience with customer services. All the settings are corrrect and I've done everything else they've asked me to do. I still get the same message, I'd appreciate any help anyone can offer please.

I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch.

Please see this link re the escalation and what you might see:

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
