Sky Q freezing

I have a single main Sky Q box (so no additional mini boxes) and I also get my broadband from Sky but I'm unable to watch live TV for longer than 20-30 minutes before the picture freezes but the sound continues. If I try to change channel or turn the box off I just get a plain blue screen and have to turn everything off at the wall for a few minutes to reset it. This problem only happens with live TV, anything downloaded or recorded is absolutely fine.

Have you worked through the official troubleshooting steps here?

If you do and it still doesn't work or remain stable, you will have the option to contact Sky and get an engineer or replacement box.
