Sky Q freezes and sometimes feeezes while turning purple
It does not matter if watching Apps or sky tv the sky q box freezes and goes off or freezes and the picture is purple and makes a humming noise. Have to switch off at the plug and restart.

Hi @McGregorc I don't believe I have ever seen a purple error screen on Sky Q. It is normally blue. Are you rebooting your TV at the same time? Are you using the Sky supplied short HDMI cable?
