Sky Q forgets my password

I put my password in and connect to WiFi on Shell no problem. A few days later it's lost the connection and I have to go through the process all over again as it's lost connection

 It's getting to be a real pain now. Does anyone have a solution as to why this could be happening?

It looks like this has been closed sky's end but it's still happening. It was okay for a few days but has gone again. Could someone raisevthisvwith Sky again please?

The connections were lost again today. Followed engineer instructions from his text and now getting no signal so box is knackered. Great. Any ideas?

And just to say had to be the box not the aerial as my sky go is working on my pad. So the engineers instructions have messed it up.

I've got the signal back now. The engineers instructions reset the box back to factory settings and it thought I was on a single aerial not communal. Altered that back after much googling and it's fine again.
