Why is Sky not Fixing Waiting for Schedule?

So I see many posts on here where customers are having problems, yet there is no one from Sky willing to respond. I pay around £1,200 a year to Sky for SkyQ.

@Neuranet  Sky never have responded directly to forum posts.  Have you gone through the usual trouble shooting steps?  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/no-tv-guide-info-on-sky-q-box
