My tv is constantly jittering in picture quality so we are unable to watch it. We need our sky connection checking as this is unacceptable - we cannot use the items we are paying you monthly for.

Regarding your issue check the the HDMi cable between Q box and Television is correctly seated at both end by removing and then refitting it.
If you still have the issues try a different HDMI lead.
