why so long? Left with no Sky

@Anthonyd2010Keep looking at your on line account and the appointment date, if there are any cancellations you may be able to change it for an earlier date.
OR

Take out Sky protect insurance as they guarantee a next day response.

Sky installers operate in particular localities: if the local person is taking an Easter holiday (for example) and there's no-one from a neighboring patch to fill in then that's quite possible.

Hi @Anthonyd2010 are we left with no Sky though.

Quite understandable if you don't want to watch your Sky subscription via Sky Go on a mobile device or tablet.

But if you have Sky go whilst waiting for your engineer visit the Sky Go app can be installed on laptops Pcs/Mac's game consoles 

PlayStation and Xbox.

Unless you don't have broadband then apologies for that

Sky Go on a laptop connected to your  Tv/Monitor via HDMI cable is doable.
