Sky Q download

Will Sky and /or Talk Talk eventually sort this issue so I don't need to change my settings . There must be at least hundreds if not thousands of people affected by this , some of whom like me expect that decent customer service should dictate that they sort it. We are after all paying a lot for the service

I have moved your post into the thread discussing this. There is a similar thread on the Sky+ board. The common link is having TalkTalk broard. Sky are aware.

Why can Sky not send updates out to do this remotely ?

There must be thousands of customers affected by it ..........

I have just had a live chat with TalkTalk they say are doing an update today and within 3 hours will text me with some sort of answer, it is definitely on their end but whether it can be resolved is another question.

is that 1:1:1:1 or 1:0:0:1 that DNS should be set to .... ?

both numbers have appeared in this thread

I used 1:1:1:1 and that appears to work

Do you mean "DON'T CHANGE THE DNS settings" or what ?
