Sky Q - conversion phone landline to digital voice

B T are replacing my smart hub with a new version to convert us to digital voice. Will the change affect the Q Sky in any way?

From a voice perspective, no - as Q doesn't use voice lines.

 

However, a change of router inevitably will change the SSID and password.  You'll need to reconnect the Q box with the new credentials.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @bd_   Quick hint if you know how to do it, change your new router to the same SSID and Password and everything will work as before.
