My Sky Q contract finishes on Monday the 11th after the 31 days.
I've just had a look at My Sky, clicked on Your Product. To see Sky Signature saying "In contract until 04/02/2025.
Do I need to do anything?

I don't think SKY Q has any 31 day initial contracts althoughsome add ons have 31 day rolling contracts

I have the email confirming my cancellation date Monday, 11th September..
Also when I click on My Orders it tell in Cancellation in Progress.

What is listed as cancelled ?

How long have you had Sky? Are you saying you cancelled within the cooling off period?

@nigea99 I cancelled on 10/08.2025. The 31 days are the (if you change your mind) time. That finishes on Monday.

@PandJ2020 Yes I did. I had Sky Q for 18 months renegotiated an new deal. Decided after a couple of week to leave Sky TV. Then the 31 day cooling off period started.

Sorry @Dingleannie I don;t have any experience of people cancelling within the coolong off period so cannot advise with certaintainty but I guess it is as mentioned 'being processed'

Hi @Dingleannie Now we know all the facts my guess is you don't need to do anything. They simply haven't updated your account yet and corrected the in contract until date. However if you want peace of mind, then you need to contact Sky.

@MightyQuinn I was expecting some offers to come my way from Sky. But i have heard nothing. It wouldn't matter anyways as I am definately leaving Sky TV.
Also in the Sky HD box it says recently removed. Although my HD channels are all there.
