Sky Q box
Can't get a signal with my sky Q box, now can't access recordings and sometimes no tv schedule only had the box six months worst thing I've ever done

No signal or no satellite signal?
If you’re seeing a message displaying ”No signal” it tends to be from your TV, such as possibly not being on the correct input (check the HDMI cable between the Sky Q box and your TV)
Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed, that relates to your Sky Q box, so firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.
A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels. If you’re on a communal dish you’ll need to liaise with your landlord or building management company who deal directly with their approved engineers.

My signal may be due to trees outside my house, that should not stop me accessing my recordings or having to reboot my sky q box because it's waiting for tv schedule, only had it six months 😡
