Sky Q box won't start after reset

Hi, Sky Q box stopped working (screen froze) so I've unplugged it (and broadband connection) left it 10mins then plugged it all back in. TV screen has the 'you will be ready to go in a couple of minutes' message but goes no further. Any advice please?
