Sky Q box will not power up

hi can somebody help me? My sky Q box will not power up. I've tried all the step-by-step irons. It looks like there is no power supply going to my box. I've checked the plug sockets in the wall et cetera. Everything is good.

Firstly, are you sure it's not stuck on standby.

If that still does not help, at the end of the above article is a form to replace your Sky Q box.

If you do that, when you swap your Sky Q box on the doorstep with the courier, make sure you keep hold of your current Sky viewing card, as you will need it for your replacement box.
