Are you sure it is your Q box and not the Eco settings on your TV set.
If you are sure it is your Q box check if it is getting too warm.
Make sure it has adequate ventilation and is not stacked with other devices.
Also Check your Q box Standby settings. In Eco and Active the Q box will go into stanby after a period of inactivity (Ie no remote operations)

Hi,
Thank you for the information and have tried all the things you said to do, but still keeps happening, I had this box replaced a couple of weeks ago, so I could have HDR because the other box compatible

As it is a relatively new box @sparkysparks
have you checked that the Software is up to date?
