Sky Q box technical fault, stuck on blue screen

My Sky Q box is stuck on blue screen telling me to press the home button to get started eventually goes blank but then it will start up and go back to blue screen, have tried updating software per instructions on trouble shooting page but it hasn't made any difference it just reverts back to the blue screen, this is extremely disappointing as I only had it installed on the 3rd March 🤦🏻‍♂️
