Sky Q box stopped working

Sky Q box is showing no picture on the TV screen. 

 

Power light on, WiFi Connected, HDMI Connected. 

 

Turned the box off and back on, still not working.

@GP26 are you getting any messages on the screen 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Nothing at all. 

When I turn the box on and off, I am getting a message on the TV that a signal has been recieved on HDMI 1 (tried the other HDMI ports but still nothing). 

The HDMI ports work with other devices.

My sky box has just froze and turned off but al power is lost to the box itself I've trued resetting by turning main power off and on unplugging it no power light will even show its dead.
