Sky Q box still not working

Even after disconecting power and rebooting several times my Sky Q box will not wake up.

 

I have called ths support number, and been dealt with by a bot, who says they will send me a link by text message as to fasted way to get help. Then they hang up. No message.

 

Is there a trick to getting toi speak to somebody?

No. Thursday night from about 9:30 pm.
