Q Box is still not working after all issues have been dealt with. It is still not turning green and

I need to speak to a PERSON!!!!!!!

The Q box has been off since the outage and taking plugs out and put back in goes to blue screen with hit home button when the screen goes blank. That happens then it goes black, hit the home button and NOTHING happens

Q box refusing to work

Have now tried many times to get theQ box it will not work. Pleaseee can I talk to someone now!!!!!!

I know that. I do know they are not employees. It would be lovely if they actually had employees

Hi @Edwina7   Telephone numbers are blocked in the community. However if you go to the Help page https://www.sky.com/help. and expand Need more help at the bottom you should see a telephone number. We are all just customers here.
