We have had problems with recording and playing programmes. It then have a message on the screen stating that we had hard drive fault on the Q box. I reset the hard drive using the remote. This seems to clear the problem but that reocccurs.

Be aware, that when the courier delivers your new replacement Sky Q box and takes away your broken box, make sure you remove your current Sky viewing card from the broken box to use in your new replacement box.
