Sky Q box states that we have a problem with hard drive.

We have had problems with recording and playing programmes. It then have a message on the screen stating that we had hard drive fault on the Q box. I reset the hard drive using the remote. This seems to clear the problem but that reocccurs.

As you have mentioned resetting hard drive, assume as per the  Sky help article linked below and still having problems, you can via the link in that article request a replacement Sky Q box;

Be aware, that when the courier delivers your new replacement Sky Q box and takes away your broken box, make sure you remove your current Sky viewing card from the broken box to use in your new replacement box.
