Sky Q box sound cutting out and froze after reset

Turned on my sky q box, but nothing was happening.  Switched off the power at the mains to reboot, then the sound constantly cutting out with people's voices sounding like the chipmunks. Managed to select reset, by hovering over settings and selecting  0 0 1, then the first reset.

 

My box reset, however, the sound still sounds like chipmunks, only this time my screen is now stuck on the "Accessibility on Sky Q" page with Settings highlighted, and the remote is not responsive.  

Tried rebooting 3 times, and still the same.

 

Any ideas?
