Green light on sky q mini no picture tried reboot on mini and main box same. Done rest on mini same on correct tv channel

Hi @Bear59 

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the mini box is connected.
Then with the mini box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the mini box remote control.

This will change the mini box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
