Sky Q box on red

The electric went off and now the sky q box is stuck on red I feel it's connected to the remote

@LesleyRattue try unplugging the box leaving it for a few minutes then plugging it back in if that doesnt work contact sky customer service as you may require a replacement box

 this problem and resetting the box will not fix it. Scroll down to settings but do not sellect it. enter 001 and follow instructions to reset the box.
